Supported by the professional independent quality inspection center built in our new factory, Zhejiang Merry Smart Home has constructed a closed-loop full-chain quality control system covering incoming raw materials, semi-finished production, finished product aging test and pre-delivery inspection. We introduce a full set of professional testing equipment and standardized inspection specifications that fully comply with EU EN527, US BIFMA X5.5 and other international furniture access standards. Uniform, formal test reports can be provided to all overseas purchasers to meet third-party audit and customs qualification requirements. Full batch sampling and testing of steel frame, lifting motor, table panel, and electrical control accessories, strict control of steel thickness, motor electrical safety, and formaldehyde emission from panels (E0/E1, CARB P2). Unqualified raw materials are directly returned and traceability records are kept.
The production line conducts hourly inspections of steel frame welding and spraying, motor pre installation synchronization, and control panel assembly. The synchronization error is controlled within 2mm, and any production abnormalities are immediately stopped for rectification and re inspection.
Load bearing capacity, lifting stroke, operating noise, rebound when encountering obstacles, 20000 fatigue durability, child lock, USB charging safety are tested item by item; The office dual motor desk has a load-bearing capacity of 100kg and a low-speed anti pinch design for children's desks. The no-load noise is ≤ 45 decibels, which meets European and American safety standards.
The finished product undergoes continuous 2-hour cyclic lifting and aging, and hidden faults in the motor and circuit are checked in advance, greatly reducing overseas after-sales problems.
After packing, randomly open the box to check the model accessories, retest the core functions, and inspect the export shockproof and moisture-proof packaging, as well as the outer box markings for compatibility with ocean shipping.
